Purpose of the register
The data is used to deliver orders from registered users, to maintain customer relations, for service-related contacts, for reporting and for marketing purposes. The registered customer has the possibility to opt-out of receiving marketing messages.

Data content of the register
Basic customer data: first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, street address, postal code, postal town, marketing authorisations, user name, password. Customer-related data: order information and history, purchasing behaviour, technical data.

What data we store
When you visit our website or make a purchase with us, we record information about the products you place in your shopping cart and what you purchase. When you place an order, we store the following information about you: name, postal address, billing address, telephone number, email address, customer number.

We record your email address so that we can send you an order confirmation for your online purchase. If you have given your consent, you will also receive email newsletters. We also need your postal address for the delivery of your order. The personal data provided in connection with the purchase transaction will also be stored for possible future contacts, such as support requests, complaints and guarantees.

Regular data sources
The data sources of the register are the data provided by the customer at the time of registration and stored during the use of the service.

Destruction of data
The personal data provided will be kept for as long as the customer relationship remains in force. At the end of the customer relationship, we keep the purchase history for accounting purposes. If you wish to have your personal data deleted or no longer wish to receive newsletters, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter via your own account. You can contact us for any questions regarding the removal of your subscription.

Protection of the register
The data in the register is stored in databases protected by firewalls and strong encryption, located on the server of the e-commerce service provider Nethit Networks Oy. Personal data is processed only by predefined person(s). The processing of data in the register requires a password and a user ID and sufficient access rights. The register is protected from external access and the use of the data is monitored.

Disclosure of data
The data in the register will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

Credit and debit card purchases
All purchases made by credit card or debit card are verified by Paytrail Oy's own certification service. Therefore, no information related to the customer's credit card is stored on Oy's server at any time. At no time will the customer's account information be stored on Oy's server. All communication between Ltd, the customer, banks and Paytrail Ltd is SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted.

Use and management of cookies
Cookies are used in the online shop only to the extent required by the OpenCart e-commerce software. Cookies are not used as data sources by the webshop administrators under any circumstances.
