Frequently asked questions

You can also place an order without registering as a customer. We recommend that you register so that you only receive Robomaa customer benefits and can browse your purchase history.

As payment methods we accept PayPal, Paytrail, postal money order with additional fees, and invoices for companies, communities, educational institutions and cities.

We use Post, Matkahuolto and Postnord to other EU countries as delivery methods. You can also provide us with the contract number of your own courier. You can of course pick up your order, please arrange a pick up time separately with our customer service.

Robomaa delivers stock products to its customers with an average processing time of 1-2 working days. This is in addition to the normal delivery time of the product, e.g. the Post Office usually delivers parcels in 1-4 days. We will endeavour to inform you if the processing time is more than 7 days. Some special order or novelty products have a longer delivery time.
